EDISS Apologizes for Recent Connectivity Issues

Many of you have noticed connectivity issues and/or report delays over the past several weeks, for which EDI extends sincere apologies. In spite of our preparation and advance testing, unforeseen issues did occur during several recent system updates. We understand these issues have been disruptive to your business, and have been diligently working to find and correct their sources. Please know that we continue to actively work to improve connections for all of our Trading Partners. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process to improve our system stability.
