Noridian Production Status
For All Submitters
EDISS would like to provide clarification for our Submitter community on the production status of transactions within EDISS Connect.
The processing time frame for new or updated transactions is 7-10 business days. No notification is sent when a Submitter is moved into production status. Instead, the production status can be monitored from the provider or vendor EDISS Connect accounts.
Providers:
- Log into EDISS Connect
- Select Manage Transactions
- Click on the NPI
- The status will be to the right of the of each transaction. A date indicates when it was moved into production.
