Updating Transactions in EDISS Connect

For All Submitters

Existing providers wishing to update transactions in EDISS Connect, such as adding an additional transaction or changing vendors, can do so by logging into their EDISS Connect account, clicking "Manage Transactions" and selecting the NPI. The current EDI enrollment status will be displayed and any transaction updates can be completed on this page. For additional assistance with updating Connect transactions, there are User Guides and tutorials available; visit http://www.edissweb.com , select your state and Registration in the menu to locate them.

Note: The 837 transactions allow up to two submission methods to be selected, all other transactions only allow one.
