Scheduled Distribution

EDISS Gateway Transition Is Coming!

For All Submitters

The EDI Support Services (EDISS) Gateway is getting an upgrade! The Gateway transition is scheduled to begin in May and will continue throughout the remainder of 2016.  We are excited about the enhanced support capabilities and the new tools this transition will provide to our EDI support staff to better assist our Submitter Community!

Our goal throughout this transition is to minimize the impact it has on our Submitter Community. EDISS will not require any additional forms or registration for the transition.  We strongly encourage submitters to review the education being distributed regarding this transition and ensure they understand how this upgrade could potentially impact their organization.

Additional information regarding this transition, including the transition schedule, will be communicated in the coming weeks. Follow the EDISS email distributions and visit www.edissweb.com to stay up-to-date on current education related to the Gateway transition.

Importance of Verifying Your EDISS Connect Registration Information

For All Vendors

EDISS Connect is the enhanced online registration and testing tool found at https://connect.edissweb.com/.  EDISS Connect will be utilized as the transactional and demographic system of record for the new EDISS Gateway. If the information contained within EDISS Connect is not up-to-date for your organization, it can potentially lead to issues with submitting and receiving data as you transition to the new gateway. To eliminate any issues that may occur, please verify the following:

Basic demographic information:

Note: Your EDISS Connect Account Profile fax number and email address will be used for Production credential distribution and password resets for the upcoming transition. If the email address tied to your Connect account profile is used across multiple profiles, EDISS encourages you to identify unique addresses for each Connect account profile.
